More than 80% of master’s program graduates from Rabat Business School (RBS) have successfully integrated into the job market, according to the results of RBS’s 2024 employability survey. The survey, conducted among 240 master’s graduates, achieved a 73% response rate and revealed a remarkable level of professional integration for the institution’s graduates. Some programs, such as the Master in Human Capital & Talent Management, even achieve a 100% rate.

In the statement, RBS says that the performance “illustrates the relevance and effectiveness of the master’s programs offered.” Compared to the previous year, the activity rate has increased from 84% in 2023 to 86% in 2024. RBS graduates are active in a variety of sectors, mainly in industry at a 20% rate, communication and marketing at 14%, and finance at 13%.

The main sectors for jobs that RBS graduates end up in are within audit and finance, marketing, supply chain management, and international management. Around 14% of graduates have opted for an entrepreneurial project by creating their own start-up. The diverse trajectories show the versatility and adaptability of graduates from Rabat Business School’s master’s programs.

RBS graduates are recruited by prestigious companies such as Orange, Yazaki, Deloitte, Bank of Africa, Mazars, and Capgemini, both in Morocco and internationally. Commenting on the positive news, Olivier Aptel, Dean and Director General of Rabat Business School, said that “RBS continues to deliver a very high-quality education, in line with the requirements of the labor market.” “Our nine master’s programs have all been designed to meet the expectations of companies, regularly revising their content to guarantee the professional success of our graduates,” he added.

Since its debut in 2010, RBS has worked to consolidate its reputation as a hub for international students and researchers in the business field. The school boasts an enrollment of 2,500 students, including over 350 international students, claiming the top spot in Moroccan business schools for student numbers. RBS stands as the leading institution in Africa in this domain, having published 106 scientific articles in peer-reviewed journals and amassed 1,886 citations by November 2023.

Driven by its ambition to become the global benchmark for business schools in Africa, RBS secured AACSB accreditation in 2020 and is now in the running for EQUIS accreditation. To boost its global integration, the school established 174 international partnerships spanning 46 countries, becoming a member of the esteemed international QTEM network that brings together outstanding students, academic partners, and international corporations. The Moroccan business school equally looks to secure the Shanghai ranking, which is based on an algorithm that tracks research quality.
