Moroccan world and Olympic champion Soufiane El Bakkali has won the 3000-meter steeplechase at the Meeting International Mohammed VI d’athlétisme of the Diamond League in Marrakech.
Despite a recent return from injury, El Bakkali executed his race plan flawlessly, finishing in 08 min 09 s 40/100 ahead of Ethiopian Wale Getnet and Kenyan Serem Amos.
With his sights set on the Paris Olympics, El Bakkali aims for gold and calls on fans to support him unconditionally in achieving his Olympic dream.
