Okan Buruk, the coach of the Turkish football team Galatasaray, has revealed the truth about the club’s negotiations with Moroccan international Sofyan Amrabat, who played for Manchester United last season on loan from the Italian club Fiorentina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In a statement reported by the newspaper “Milligazete,” the Galatasaray coach said, “Amrabat has been here several times because of his older brother. He knows Turkey and Galatasaray well, and he is a player who loves this place very much.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He added, “We spoke with Sofyan last year, and then he went to Manchester United, but we have not had any meetings about this season.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Manchester United’s management postponed the decision regarding Amrabat’s future due to Dutch coach Erik ten Hag, the leader of the “Red Devils” battalion, as the “Atlas Lion” is about to depart.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The website “Manchester Evening News,” specializing in Manchester United news, explained that Amrabat has a chance to extend his stay with the team by activating the option to buy the Moroccan player’s contract, provided Erik ten Hag continues for another season.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
